Controls:

Left Shift to sprint

Hold right mouse to get ready to shoot a sandball. Then click left click while holding right click to shoot the sand ball. 

To get more sandballs either come up to a sandball on the ground and left click to pick it up, or hold space to make one.  click left click when you have a sandball to drop it. (to stockpile)
